College Performance Program

Summer Session Starts Monday 5/13!

Strength, speed/agility and conditioning workouts for FEMALES only! This class is going to be a fast-paced, energetic experience designed around getting the best training for each athlete! This is the PERFECT place to start if you are interested in training! Each class is led by 1 or more coaches that are passionate about each athlete’s development!

What we focus on:

  • Speed/Agility: acceleration, sprint drills, change of direction, starting/stopping

  • Strength Training: introduction of bodyweight and weighted movements

  • Core Training: create a more functional and stronger core

  • Conditioning: getting in shape to perform at a higher level for longer!

  • Fun/Confidence: making sure each athlete ENJOYS training and builds the confidence they need to excel on the field/court/rink!

Information:

Mondays/Wednesdays @ 7-8 PM

Dates: 4/15—5/22 (6 weeks)

Ages: 11-14 years old (6th-8th grade)

Pricing:

1x/week $180

2x/week: $300
